My name is Robert A. Shutt and I founded RASolutions.net. I am a corporate Training and Development Specialist. However since I started my professional career in hospitality I continue to serve as a supporter, mentor, and coach to those entering, and immersed in, this demanding field.

My Career Guidance services are available to hospitality students, and professionals in any stage of their career. As mentioned my career now expands beyond the scope of Hospitality and Dining Services. Reaching this point was the result of a purposeful effort on my part. It required me to commit to continual education and professional development. It demanded that I refine my interview technique. I had to master the Customer Service, Leadership and Team Building skills I know teach.

I now use this knowledge to advise and guide hospitality students and professionals. Hospitality is a business like no other and I offer the perspective only a career hospitality professional can have. I know what the industry values, and whom it avoids.
