Hello, my name is Robert A. Shutt. I am the Founder and President of RASolutions.net. I started RASolutions.net when I discovered that I was a popular professor. My students praised my ability to involve them in the educational process. I was teaching a topic most did not care to learn, so I knew I had an aptitude for speaking. This was confirmed when I did a Professional Dining Etiquette presentation for a university Career Services office. The feedback I received was terrific and I was asked to repeat this presentation elsewhere. And so RASolutions.net was created.

I have now presented at national conventions, chambers of commerce, regional conferences, to thousands of students, and for numerous professional organizations. I belong to many professional organizations including the American Society for Training and Development.

During my purposefully diverse professional career I have served as a college professor, training and development specialist, university administrator, and general manager. I have a Master's Degree in Education, two Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration, and have completed an additional fifty hours of graduate work in Labor and Human Resources, Business Administration, and Guidance and Counseling.
